are covered by a two-years (2) guarantee being effective both
on the electronic parts and the batteries.
In case of defects or unproper working of our uninterruptible power
supplies, please call our customer service who will give you prompt
technical assistance.
If the problem may not be solved by telephone,
we shall take care to replace the product and deliver you a new
one, according to a ready and fixed schedule.
